ESF Consultants is regional Environmental Management firm with regional offices in Nairobi Kenya and Kigali Rwanda as well as satellite field offices in South Sudan and Uganda. The firm has been involved in major environmental work for developments ranging from Catchment Management, hydro-dam development, Oil and Gas exploration, mining, bio safety, irrigation, infrastructure, housing to biotechnology and manufacturing industry. ESF Consultants has been providing technical and leadership support in environmental performance within Africa and the Islands Region for well into a decade. Our work just like our name knows no frontiers and we have managed to offer informed support to decision making across a wide array of business types covering a vast area.
ESF Consultants is currently operating in Kenya, Uganda, Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), Rwanda, Burundi, Central Africa Republic, South Sudan and Tanzania.
As an international player, we have undertaken studies both conventional in nature and others requiring innovation and adaptability to locally existing concerns and clientele expectations. These studies are within a wide spectrum of sector including coastal management, hydropower developments, mining, land use and natural resource use management, biotechnology, infrastructure development and waste management (including bio hazardous waste).

The core staff is composed of Environmental Planners, Sociologits, Hydrologists, Ecologits, Biologists, Auditing and EIA experts. However the firm has its disposal qualified experts in Physical planning, valuation, engineering, surveyors, sociologists and ecologists.
Members of the firm sit in various environmental assessment advisory bodies of World Bank and USAID funded projects in Southern Africa and Ethiopia.
